Law360, New York (May 11, 2007) -- A district court ruled Friday that generic drug companies Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. infringed Eisai Co. Ltd.’s patent on the ulcer medicine Aciphex.
