FDA Says P&G Is Illegally Marketing Vicks Products

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has warned Procter & Gamble Co.'s CEO that the company is illegally marketing two of its Vicks cold and flu products that contain vitamin C, the agency said Friday.
