Guidant Judge Rejects 3rd Party Payor Claims Again

Law360, New York (July 02, 2009) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider a 2007 dismissal of proposed class action claims third-party health care providers brought against Guidant Corp. over its recalled implantable heart defibrillators, noting that much of the request was "an attempt to relitigate old issues."
