NLRB Allows St. Barnabas Residents To Unionize

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009) -- The National Labor Relations Board has handed a victory to a group of resident physicians at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York who have been seeking to unionize, rejecting the hospital's argument that the residents are students, not employees.
